This is Vegas sister sites and which ties still hold

Paradise 8, DaVinci’s Gold and Cocoa Casino are This is Vegas’s former sisters: from 2006 to 2020 their pages and its pages named the same owners. Three ties hold for all four today: one affiliate programme’s list, the same 157 paragraphs of terms and the same four offer pages. This is Vegas cites a Curaçao licence yet gives no holder or number.

This is Vegas last named SSC Entertainment N.V. as owner in September 2020.

This is Vegas’s ties to nine brands, then and nowAs read on 11 October 2026. The difference between the rows is which ties still show on today’s pages and which rest on older records only. Owners: the first and last archived copies in which both casinos named the same company, with no claim about the months between. Affiliate lists: each programme that listed both brands, with the months it was seen. A dash: no such record for that brand.

Where its terms contradict its other pages

Its own pages answer five questions two ways, and the former sisters print the same terms.

  1. 1 of 5: Opposite answers Minimum age, 25 against 18

    Terms
    Player obligations, clause 2

“Players must be 25 years of age or older to play.”

    against
    About
    Player obligations

“Players of the casino must be of a minimum 18 years of age.”

In practice The FAQ adds local law. The terms bind: at 18 to 24, treat 25 as the limit.

  2. 2 of 5: Opposite answers Staking systems such as Martingale

    Terms
    Prizes & winnings, clause 7

Systematic betting systems such as Martingale can see winnings denied and the account closed.

    against
    Terms
    Misuse of account, clause 4

Stake progressions such as Martingale bring no penalty unless combined with prohibited automation or manipulation.

In practice No chat or email reply can amend either clause.

  3. 3 of 5: Incomplete disclosure Withdrawal fee, stated and unstated

    Terms
    Withdrawals, clause 4

A transfer fee of 10 to 40, in the account’s currency, applies to each withdrawal.

    against
    FAQ
    Deposits and withdrawals

“We generally do not charge fees on withdrawals”, it says, leaving room for a fee from the payment provider.

In practice Only the terms give a size. Get a method’s fee from support in writing.

  4. 4 of 5: Overlapping limits Weekly withdrawal ceiling, verified and unverified

    Terms
    Withdrawals, clause 8.1

At most 10,000 credits a month, progressive jackpots aside, and 1,500 a withdrawal.

    against
    Terms
    Prizes & winnings, clause 1

Unverified accounts may withdraw up to 500 a week.

In practice Documents accepted before the first request lift the ceiling to 1,000 a week.

  5. 5 of 5: Offer page against the terms Cashback insurance: “guaranteed” on its offer page, non-withdrawable in the terms

    Promotions
    100% Cashback Insurance page

“Feel confident as you play knowing that your money is guaranteed.”

    against
    Terms
Promotions and bonus terms, clause 2

Cashback money is non-withdrawable, and the casino may deduct it from a pending withdrawal.

In practice The terms’ cap, twice the cashback, is what holds.

Common questions about This is Vegas

Who owns This is Vegas now?

Its About page speaks only of an incorporated corporation licensed in Curaçao. SSC Entertainment N.V. is the last owner its archived terms carry, in the copy of September 2020; the copy archived in August 2021 names no company.

Is a second account at Paradise 8 allowed alongside This is Vegas?

The terms never name Paradise 8. They bar a second account at any sister casino that shares the management, without naming one, so the clause leaves unsaid which brands count.

Does the TrueDynasty list mean its casinos share one owner?

No. It is an affiliate programme’s brand list, which calls them the first family of casinos on the Rival platform and names no owner. Ownership here rests only on companies the casinos’ own pages named.
